Activities at the campsite
Welcome to vacation.
Whether you are the do-as-little-as-possible type or the active type, there's something for you here.
The beach is always open and we have an outdoor heated pool during the summer months.
There is also a small playground, trampoline, pétanque field, outdoor games and activities depending on mood and time of season.
Visit Faldsled Harbor and one of the local restaurants, cook over the campfire - or how about water sports?
You can also rent e-bikes and regular bikes at the site (June - August).

Nature & Outdoor
If you love nature and outdoor experiences, you have come to the right place. Lace up your hiking boots and take a hike on the South Funen Archipelago Trail or Svanninge Bjerge. Maybe you're more into a leisurely bike ride along the country road with a few stops at local markets. Or how about a mountain bike ride in Svanninge Bakker, where there are challenges for all levels? If you're into water activities, you can rent kayaks, SUP boards and boats to explore the South Funen archipelago up close. Magical horseback riding in beautiful surroundings. Run along the coast or in the forest. Rent bikes at the site and experience what Funen has to offer on two wheels. If you visit us during the off-season, you've landed in one of the best places for fishing (and sea trout). ...as you can imagine, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures.

Relaxed hedonist? Start the day with a fresh morning dip in the sea and embrace the feeling of renewed energy. In our on-site shop you can find local wellness products or a facial treatment to-go. If you are visiting us in a larger group, we can help you book a yogi (seaside yoga, anyone?). If you are looking for romance, we can set you up with a picnic basket so you can surprise your chosen one with a sunset picnic. For the ¨’gourmand’, there are several local restaurants within walking distance, such as the famous Michelin-recommended Falsled Kro. In the immediate area you can also find vineyards and breweries.
If you are into a game of golf, there are several options close by. Or how about a trip to the Day-SPA in Faaborg? If you need more inspiration for “joie de vivre”-activities, you are always welcome to tap us on the shoulder for more tips.

Sights & Excursions
Beautiful Faaborg, one of Denmark's oldest market towns, is only a 10-minute drive from the campsite. Experience colorful half-timbered houses, flowering hollyhocks, cafés, restaurants, cute shops and lots of summer activities. Visit the Archipelago Museum, Faaborg Museum, the clock tower and Faaborg Harbor.

Egeskov Castle, with everything for families with children, is only a 25-minute drive away from Faldsled. If you are in need of some city life, you can take a trip to charming Svendborg or Hans Christian Andersen's Odense. Finally, you can hop on a ferry and visit one of the small, cozy islands in the South Funen Archipelago.
